Always learning, curious
and listening.

Listening comes first

Nobody knows more about a company or an organisation than its employees. Listening in order to perceive connections and other perspectives is immensely important to me.

Connected thinking

I tap into various sources of knowledge and interdisciplinary thinking to ensure that strategies and seamless inter-divisonal processes can be developed and implemented without interruption.

Strategic in planning

I plan in consideration of corporate goals, international requirements and local competencies. In doing so, capacities are utilised successfully and resources invested efficiently in the long term.

Structured implementation

I recommend iterative process-orientated implementations aiming for excellence. Changes need to be sustainable and enable rapid adaptation in a constantly evolving environment.
